Ardent Credit Union’s Annual Meeting will be held this year on April 12 at 3:45 PM at Ardent’s main office in Philadelphia located at 1500 Spring Garden Street, Suite 500, Philadelphia, PA 19130.

Announcement of the elected board members and routine annual meeting business will be conducted.

As part of the election process, we have posted a list of the board nominees. Nominees were selected by a nominating committee (appointed by the board of directors). Credit union members may nominate additional candidates. To submit applications, click here. If no nominations by petition are received, the slate of candidates presented by the nominating committee will be considered elected. The nominating committee has presented the following slate for shareholder considerations for three-year terms: Scott Klesmer and Audrey Klijian.
