Board Nominations

In accordance with the Credit Union’s bylaws, Ardent’s Nominating Committee has filed nominations to fill three expiring terms on its Board of Directors.

Nominations may also be made by petition signed by at least 360 Credit Union members (1% of membership).  The nominee must be a member in good standing. Petitions for nominations must include a statement of the nominee’s biographical data and qualifications, along with a signed certificate stating that the nominee is agreeable to nomination and will serve if elected. 

Completed nominations by petition should be mailed to the Credit Union at 1500 Spring Garden Street, Suite 500, Philadelphia, PA  19130 to the attention of Board Liaison and must be received by February 26, 2023. A list of nominees and their qualifications will be posted at least 35 days before the date of the Annual Meeting.  The Credit Union will not conduct the election by ballot and there will be no nominations from the floor when the number of nominees equals the number of open positions.
